Delivery behind pace

Delivery appears behind plan while the campaign is still running.

THE FIRST QUESTION

Is delivery actually behind after accounting for active time, the target, and the agreed delivery pattern?

WHAT I CHECK

  1. Validate active dates, the impression target, data freshness, and the reporting period.
  2. Check creative status, setup, inventory, and targeting constraints that could limit delivery.
  3. Compare remaining delivery needs with the time and capacity still available, together with the relevant team.

THE NEXT ACTION

Address the verified constraint first. If inventory or targeting needs adjustment, align with the team, document the change, and agree on the next review.

DECISION GUARDRAIL

Do not broaden targeting or change allocation merely to chase volume without checking the campaign objective and constraints.

These examples explain decision methods relevant to my campaign, performance analysis, and e-commerce experience. Actual actions depend on the objective, available data, and team agreement.
